When we open up our beehives after a long, cold winter, we are overwhelmed with aromas of honey & propolis. Honey bees emerge and find some of their first forage of the season with cottonwood leaf buds. The resin that protects the buds from moisture and cold is used by the bees to make propolis to seal and protect their hives. This soap bar, made from fresh cottonwood bud** infused olive oil, bud infused raw honey** and gluten free ground oats* will take you to that moment in the hive. 

Ingredients:  Olive, coconut*, rice bran & sunflower oils*, raw cocoa butter, wild-gathered fresh cottonwood buds**, raw Pacific Northwest honey, gluten free ground oats*, sodium hydroxide, salt.

We make & cut every soap bar in our soapery in Redmond, WA. All ingredients are chosen by us, ensuring control over quality, design and effectiveness. Our formulas are our own, and we love using organic & wild botanicals and seasonal ingredients!

Our luxury soap bars are cured for 4-6 weeks, resulting in firmer, gentler bars that will last longer. Our colors come only from leaves, roots, berries, spices and flowers infused in olive oil and from natural earth clays. Our scents come from the ingredients themselves and from high quality essential oils.

Given the nature of using non-synthetic materials, variations between bars and batches may occur.

We NEVER use synthetic dyes or fragrance. All products are made without parabens, detergents or surfactants. Always palm oil free.

SOAP BAR CARE: Natural soap bars last longest when a draining soap dish is used, allowing bars to dry between uses. Natural fiber soap saver bags are also available in the shop.

SOAP BAR LONGEVITY: Properly cured soap bars, made with the freshest oils, like ours, will never expire! Please do note, that direct sunlight may fade botanically-derived colors & essential oils may fade with time. Storing bars in a cool, dry, dark cupboard will help to retain scent & color longer when not in use.
